LATE SHIPPING
Tije John, which has been undergoing repairs to her engines at Lyttelton for ttio past two weeks, is expected at Dunedin this evening. After discharging a part _ cargo of timber she will load for Wellington and Wanganui. The Karon is expected to leave Newcastle on April 21 with a cargo of hardwood for discharge at Danedin, Lyttelton, and Wellington. The Kauri left Newcastle at midnight last night for Geelong, where she will load a cargo of wheat for New Zealand. .INCOMING VANCOUVER MAIL. The captain of the R.M.S. Niagara, en route from Vancouver and Honolulu to Auckland and Sydney, has advised by wireless that tho vessel will arrive at Suva on Friday afternoon. The Niagara is expected to reach Auckland on Tuesday morning next. WIRELESS FROM MO.ANA. A wireless message received bv t.he Union Company from the captain of tho Moana states that tho vessel will arrive at Wellington about 10 p.m. on Monday next from San Francisco via island porta.
