Tasmania, on Tuesday night, refloated, and proceeded to Melbourne under her own steam. - A patient who died at’ the Sunnyside Mental Hospital, had been an inmate of the institution since 1870. ■ He was 88 years of age. _ During a fog the air is polluted 30 times as much as on a normally clear day.
