MINERS' STRIKE BALLOT. - Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, April 11. The strike ballot rfeturns for the English districts to date show majorities against a miners' strike. Scotland, Lanca-. shire, and Cheshire are expected-to favor a strike, for which South Wales cast 49,020 votes of a majority. Complete returns aie unlikely to result in the requisite two-thirds majority for a strike.
