Tire police sent up rockets, which were seen at Thuries, -whence reinforcements armed with rifles went to their assistance. On arrival at Boskeen a fight in pitch darkness followed, in which one policeman was wounded. The raiders were driven off. Sinn Feiners raided a fashionable ballroom at Dungavin. They broke the windows and removed Union Jacks decorating the hall, replacing them with Sinn Feiii flags. The bail was then resumed. HUNGER. STRIKE AND CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION. LONDON, ~ April 9. ’Tiro Sinn Feiners in Mount joy Prison continue their hunger strike. Several of thorn are in a critical condition.
