DUNFDIN EASTER- TOURNAMENT. This tournament was ended at the Duheuin green yesterday afternoon. Thefollowing concludes our "report : PROVINCIAL PAIRS. D. Smyth and J. Scott (Caledonian) 21 beat 13. Iggo and A. . Thomson. (Caversham) 15. A very slow game. Scott begnn well, getting 2 at each of four successive heads, and with seven-Ivads gone he led by 10-1. Then the Caversham pair had an innings of 1, 3, 3, 1, making their score 9 to Scott's 10. At the head . it was 11 all. Scott then put on 1, 2, 2, and 1, and he eventually had a decisive victory. CITY PAIRS. —Final.— C. Lambourne and W. P. Gale (Kaituna) 25 beat W. Connor and J. Veitoh (West Harbor) 16. Veitch opened with 1 and 2 and Gale with 1 and 1. Veltch responded with another 1 and 2, and Chile got 2. Veitch scored 2 and 4, making the total at the ninth head 12-4 in his frv.ir. Gale put on 1 and 5. bringing him tip to 8, and Veitch scored 2. making the total 14-8. Gale, with 2 and 3, brought himself within jeach of Lis opponent, being oii'.v 1 down. Veitch added 1, and ;hen Gale with 4 and 3 got his nose in front, making t' e score 21.-15. 'Veitch scored another single, but Gale got 4. and that settled it. Gale played coolly and steadily, and I showed really good form. FINALS AT OAMARU. The Oamaru bowling tournament finished yesterday.
