SHOW STOCK SALES. Prem Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. SYDNEY, March 31. . The awards for the four-year-old- Clydesdales at the Sydney Royal Show include Mr Stokes’s Scotland Peer, champion; Messrs Gillies and Walter’s Bueklyyio’s Choice,second and reserve champion; Mr Tetisiot’s Invermay, third. All the animals were bred in New Zealand. • Af the show cattle sales the demand was limited owing to the recent drought, and prices generally were below recent averages, with an occasional high figure. The top price (720gs) was paid for a shorthorn bull. New Zealand consignments of shorthorn bulls sold on behalf of the M'Nab Estate and Mr D. Wright ranged from 26gs to lOOgs. Beef cattle sold on behalf of Messrs Dalziell Bros. (New Zealand) ranged from 70gs to 155gs. At the official opening of the Jubilee Show the State Governor paid a tribute to the high standard of the exhibits, and expressed the hope that he would 'see the Goremor-General’s name associated with the Chair of Forestry, METAL MARKET.
