AIR HINE’S ADDRESS. “CHEERING AND UPROAR.” [Per United Press Association.] STRATFORD, March 30. Air Hine addressed, a crowded meeting at Stratford, vigorously replying to Air Masters, and justifying the petitioners’ action in upsetting the election. He maintained! that it was tho Government’s duty to interfere in any election where a candidate broke the law. A lively meeting concluded with the passing of a resolution “ Congratulating Air Hine on his fight for clean politics, and expressing confidence in him,” amidst cheering mingled with uproar.
