It is understood that the Government have ordered the withdrawal of Chinese troops from Siberia. Germany's unofficial representatives for a resumption-of commercial relations witb Uiina have been transmitted through the Chinese Minister at Copenhagen; but thev have not been accepted, China informing Germany that ,t is -impossible to renew relations pending China's acceptance of the Versailles Treaty.
