John Somerville Jones, claim for £1 12s 6d on judgment summons.— There 'was a second claim against tho same defendant by C. and W. Hayward, Ltd.. on a Judgment summons for £5 6s.—Defendant did not appear, and "was ordered to pay the amounts forthwith, with costs, it default two days and MX days* imprisonment respectively.
