Betsy Conn, £2 13s, for rent; H. Wise and Co. v. James Laing Tait (Martinborough), £3 3s, for advertisement j same v. W. Death. (Nsaruawahia), £4, for advertisement; Helen Christie r, li. Lane [Waitai.una), costs only (8s); Archibald Miller v. Thomas t/yons, £ll 16s 3d, for groceries supplied. Judgment Summonses.—Johnstone and Hasleit v. John Somerville Jones, claim for £1 12s 6d on judgment summons.— There 'was a second claim against tho same defendant by C. and W. Hayward, Ltd.. on a Judgment summons for £5 6s.—Defendant did not appear, and "was ordered to pay the amounts forthwith, with costs, it default two days and MX days* imprisonment respectively.
