A divorce ou the ground that his wife refused him marital intercourse was sought at Auckland yesterday by Harold GracEon, the well-known musician, from Louisa Elleanor Gregson. The wife did not contest the suit. Petitioner, in Ms evidence, said he vyas married in 1907, and his wife had refused marital intercourse ever since marriage. After some •discussion ou the question of alimony, Mr Justice Stringer said he would look into 1 similar cases before giving his decision.
