(Received July 4, at 8.40 a.m.') Tho 'New York TimcsV Boston correspondent states that Be Valera was given an enthusiastic reception by tho Lower House ,of tho Massachusetts State Legislature. He addressed a _ gathering on the aims of tho Irish Republic. De "Valera was enthusiastically received by at least 40,000 people at Fenway Park. De Valera read an address, in which he appealed to the United States to frame a new covenant for tho League of Nations, wherein Ireland will have a place among the free nations of the world. The Mayor of Boston welcomed De Valera.
