Some time ago the Imperial authorities presented 100 of the Jut est aeioplanes to &l>9 ASstralian Government, together with certain other equipment and airship material, for the building up of the Air Force. The 'Age' states that this fleet of gift aeroplanes -will not, however, bo brought to the Commonwealth at om-e. Machines are liable to deteriorate rapidly unless properly housed, and the number of aerolanes which Australia <am handle is imited at present to the existing hangar accommodation. The machines will 'be brought from ■ Britain ad fast as such, accommodation w erected, the whole matter heiag in the hands at present of Senator pearee in London.
