(Received July 2, at 10.25 a.m.) The terms of all the mandates under the League oi Nations have been approved. It may bo said that they are much more satisfactory, from the Dominions’ standpoint, than they were in their original form. Tho chief credit for this is duo to Mr W. M. Hughes, for his insistence on having the later toms so framed as to conserve the rights of the mandatory Power.
