KING’S. ‘A Child of tho Wild,’ a charming William Fox film in which little Juno Caprice is starred, is the principal item ou the attractive list of pictures now* current at the King’s Theatre. Miss Caprice has the role of a little backwood’s gui who is as wild as the bird and. animal inhabitants, until love enters into her life and the wiki girl is turned into a loving and domesticated wife. Another first" class offering which is pleasing all is ‘ This is the Life,’ featuring tho popular athletic actor Georgo Walsh. QUEEN’S AND KING EDWARD. The popular screen star, W. S. Hart, is to be seen to distinct advantage in ‘ Hell’s Hinges,’ a drama which is being screened at the above picture theatres. The picture is au exciting one, and contains many spectacular scccncs, one of these being the burning ox an entire village. Several interesting films are shown in support, including Episode 16 of ‘ The House of Hate.’ EMPIRE. The popular nature of the budget of Sims at the Empire Theatre this week was amply demonstrated by the largo crowd who attended Inst evening-. Dorothy Gish’s first Paramount picture, ‘ Battling Jane,’ is tho headliner, and encloses a beautiful story of pathos and laughter. There are excellent supports and splendid, music. HAYWARDS’. Another delightful attendance last evening witnessed Frank Hoenan in ‘ More Trouble,’ the piece do resistance at Haywards’ Theatre at present. It is a story of a pattern youth, whose morality spoilt his chances. There is a strong supporting programme consisting of a Rathe Gazette, a scenic, and a Ghristio comedy. PLAZA. An exceptionally good programme is now showing at tho Plaza. The headliner is ‘A Camouflage Kiss,’ with Juno Caprice in the principal role. Other pictures are ‘ Through Florida ’ (a colored scenic), ‘ The Bon of a Hun ’ (a Sunshine comedy), and a Mutt and Jelf cartoon.
