But it docs more than that. It is the response of one <grcat section of the English-speaking jieople* to the destructive classism of Eastern Europe. Where such prim-idle? prevail there will be order, stability, self-respect, and equal rights. Every idea thus accepted is the expression in ‘industry of the fundamentals of British liberty. ’Hie Joint Committee’s unanimous report has been spoken of n-s -a now Magna Carta. It might be more correctly described ns an application of Magna Carta to modern conditions.”
