BhSUASUN GOVERNMENT FLEE. LONDON. May 1. Via/*.** reports state that the Budapest Govcrmruat have fallen, and several of the Ministers have fled. Some have arrived at Vienna, but they refuse to give information regarding Budapest happenings. ' , AMSTERDAM, April 22. The Belakun Government decreed the mobilisation of half of the Hungarian population for defence against the Czechs, Rumanians, and Jugo-Slavs.
