ORPHANS' CLUB

R. Brvant. G. E. Withers. J. M'Connell W. R. Waters, T. Ruddiman ; hon. secretary, Bro. R. C. T. Evans; h.m. auditors, Bros. G. M. Mat-Lean and T. H. Thompson. Bro. Nees spoke of the valuable services rendered by the performing members, including the club orchestra under Biu G. B. Laidlaw, and also made reference to Bro. Brvnnt. whose efforts _.is programme steward had been responsible for the smooth running of the programmes. ~ Votes of thanks wore also accorded the canteen stewards, the club pianist (Bro. J. A. Haggitt), and others who had helped to make the season a suceeess. The opening night was fixed for May 20.
