GERMAN DELEGATES
CLOSELY WATCHED. LONDON, April 28. (Received April 30, at 8.55 a.m.) Several German delegates who have arrived at Versailles ai'2 piqued at the restrictions, which confine them to the palace grounds. Two were permitted to attend church, accompanied by secret police. Some. Germans brought golf clubs; but it is unlikely that they will be allowed to appear on French golf links.
