The Sinn Fein Assembly decided that tho Irish Independent Ministry shall consist of,a president and four executive offlCGrs _.namely, Ministers of Finance, Home, Foreign Affairs, and National Defence. _ At the opening ceremony the proceedings were conducted in Gaelic. Count Plunkett read the appeal to the nations, asking for recognition of Ireland’s national status and the'right to vindication at the Peace Conference.
