Lord Weir has, resigned his appointment on the Air Board, of which ho was lattcily chairman, having previously been Controller of Aeronautical Supplies. HAIG IN COLOGNE. LONDON, December 18. (Received December 21, at 9.30 a.m.) Sir Douglas Haig has visited Cologne, and was received with ipilitary honors.
