At tlio monthly meeting of the Kaikorai School Committee the resignation of the janitor (Mr A. Buxton) was accepted, and satisfaction was expressed that he was now in a position which did not require him to occupy such a pest. Mr W. Stewait was appointed to fill the vacancy.
