Keuter’s Telegrams VANCOUVER. December 6. An earthquake shook the city early today. The force was sufficient to shake people out of their beds along the west coast of Vancouver Island. The Estevan lighthouse was damaged. The seismographs recorded further _ sharp tremors from the direction of Mexico.
