The War Funds Amendment Bill provides that the Supreme Court may establish schemes of administration of war funds and change the purposes of the fund, and make interlocutory orders for the safety of war funds. It is also provided that a small fund may bo transferred to the National War Funds Council Restrictions are placed on sending war funds out of New Zealand, a penalty of £IOO being tho fine for offences. It 13 to be the duty of trustees of war funds to report to the Repatriation Board.
