The King and Queen, the Royal Family, the Prince of Wales, the Prime Minister, Mr Asquith, the Lord Mayor, and City Corporation, besides other dignitaries, attended. Those who officiated were the Rev’s. Dr Clifford, J. H. Shakespeare, Dr J. H. Jewett. R. 0. Gillie, Hooper, and Dr Chadwick.
