Air James J. Wilde, a discharged Australian soldier, wounded in Franco, has discovered a promising vein of gold on a mountain-side near Barmouth l Wales). He is an expert gold engineer, and found gold at three different places. He came across gold at another spot recently, and wa? well pleased with the discovery, the gold being of fine quality. It was on the surface of the ground. Air Wilde has sped 10 days searching for gold in the Ale no nothshire mountains. Tie intends visitiu other parts of the mountains, permission having been given by (he Depart nmiit o. Woods and Forests to Australian gold mining agents to search Merionethshire.
