Mr Havelock Wilson (secretary of the Seamen's Union) appeals for funds to enable the Merchant Seamen's League to fight a General Election and oppose every "Bolshie defeatist," or pacifist, whether he belongs to Labor or any other party. He adds that the " Bolshies" control the Labor party machinery and political funds.
