MAGIS'TRi'T-E'S COURT. (Before J. R, Bartholomew, Esq., S.M., Judgment was given for the plaintiffs for the amount claimed, with costs, in the following undefended cases:—P. «nd F. Martin v. George Frederick Eowlett (Auckland), £6, goods sold ; Mollisons, Ltd. v. Milton Kershaw, £2 0s 9d, account stated. W. Lewis and Co. (Invercargill) v. H. Parata (Puketeraki). —Claim, £6 5s 6d, on a judgment summons./ Mr E. J. Smith appeared for the plaintiffs, and Mr Bamsay for the defendant.—After evidence had been given by the defendant, no order was made. Gavin Campbell MUnight v. Alfred Biloxham •(Abbotsford).—Claim, £l, for photographs sold.—This case was heard some weeks ago, when the plaintiff was nonsuited. Mr Aspinall appeared for tho defendant.—After evidence judgment was given for the plaintiff, with costs (10s).
