Alfred Biloxham •(Abbotsford).—Claim, £l, for photographs sold.—This case was heard some weeks ago, when the plaintiff was nonsuited. Mr Aspinall appeared for tho defendant.—After evidence judgment was given for the plaintiff, with costs (10s).
