Setter's Telegrams. AMSTERDAM. July 7. The Berlin potato ration has been reduced to one pound per week. CZECHS ENTER VLADIVOSTOK. TOKIO, July 6. (Received July 8. at 12.55 p.m.) Fifteen thousand Czechs have entered Vladivostock. Three Czechs and 51 Bolsheviks were killed.
