NORTH DUNEDIN GUN CLUB
The above club held their shoot on Saturday last. The weather was almost perfect "for shooting, consequently a very large crowd of shooters and enthusiasts journeved to the club's ground at Tahuiia Park to participate in a 12-bird match for a trophy presented by Mr A. Turner. The following were the principal scores: A. Byrne I*J (winner), H. King 10, A. Turner 10, T. W. King 10. G. Porter 10, H. H. Henderson 10, O. Capell 10, Rs Gray 9, T. Long 9, A. King 8, G. Grainger 7. and I>r Harrison 7. xr-iz fntnesicd between u-.-o oid i:!X esteemed m.irnbers of tha club, Mr C. Capell and Mr 1). Sinclair. The conditions of the match were 31 birds off 16vds. . It was won bv Mr C. Capell (24), while Mr D. Sinclair secured 19. In the sweepstake which followed (first miss out), A. Byrne, D. Sinclair, G. Grainger, and I). Whnlan making a tie, divided.
