The city collection from posting boxes will be maintained throughout the day. The- last clearance of the city posting boxes is at 6 p.m. A clearance of all suburban posting boxes will be made at 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. A collection from branch and suburban Post Offices will be made, commencing at 7 p.m. Parcels for north and south expresses, also for other early morning mails, close at 4 p.m. the day previous to date of despatch.
