Malls close at the Chief Post Office, Dnnedin, as under : TUESDAY, JULY 9. For Earotonga, Tahiti. North. South. and Central America, United Kinydnrn, and Egypt, also Continent of Europe via San Francisco (to connect with the at Wellington], at the C.P.D. at 8 p.m. Late-fees at the railway station only till T. 55 a.m. on July 10. For Australian State-. India, China, Japaji, South Africa, Pago Pap>, Samoa, and Honolulu (connect with the lUveriua at Wellington) at the C.P.O. at 8 p.m. Late letters, at railway st-ttion only till 7.55 pjm. The midnight clearance of porting boxes has been abolished. A clearance of all posting boses throughout city and suburbs ■will bo made each Sunday at 2 p.m. All mails -which formerly closed before 9 a.m. now close at 8 p.m. the previous day. The city collection from posting boxes ■will be maintained throughout tne day. The last clearance of tho city posti>!',' boses is at 6 p.m. A clearance of all suburban posting boxes will be made at 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. A collection from branch and suburban Post Offices will be made, commencing at 7 v.m.
