BILLING SUSPENDED

During a debate in the House of Commons on tho National Service Bill the Speaker ordered Mr Pemberton Billing to leave the Chamber owing to his disorderly conduct. .Mr Billing refused, so the sitting was suspended, and Mr Billing was forcibly removed. Mr Billing has been suspended for the remainder of the session.
