Mackenzie, addressing seed traders, said there was difficulty in the Oversea Dominions in getting scientificallytrained teachers, but Lincoln College, Canterbury, had clone good -work, Jle said that New Zealand was specially adapted for seed growing He was endeavoring to arrange for soldiers to bo apprenticed in Britain to seed culture, to enable them to establish that industry in the Dominion.
