OTAGO MUTUAL STARR-BOWKETT SOCIETY. ANNUAL MEETING. About 50 shareholders attended the annual meeting of the Otago Mutual .StarrBowkett Society held last night. Mr R. 1' arrant presided. The Chairman, in moving the adoption "f the annual report and balance-sheet, said that in many cases the money disposed of had been instrumental in helping members to obtain homes of their ow«° which, without the existence of such a society, they would have been unable to do There was one vital question of policy to which the directors wished to draw attention.
