A CHILD'S DEATH

POISONED BY RADISH SEEDS. [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, February 21. At the adjourned inquest in regard to the death of Dorothy Haseldeau, nine years of age, Dr M'Laurin, Dominion Analyst, stated tliat radish seeds were found in. the stomach, but no reference could be found to these seeds being poisonous. However, tests made showed that radish seeds were poisonous, and they were probably the cause of the child's death. The Coroner said that without the analyst's report it would have been impossible to tell the cause of death. He returned a verdict in accordance with the medical evidence.
