LONDON, February 19. i Sl J* /*' Haig Our aviators bombed yesterday an aerodrome northward of Douai, a largo dump at Courtrai, and a railway station south-westward of Doual. Continuous air fighting is proceeding: We brought down 11 and drove down 6 enemy machines. Two of ours are missing. Wo.bombed Treves and Thionville (Lorraine) last night from Tow altitudes, with good results. Five bursts were observed at .Treves station, which was set aflame, and three other buildings were ignited. Bursts were observed at Thionville railway and gasworks, and a largo Are was caused. Oneof our machines is missing. We dropped a ton of bombs on Treves during a daylight raid to-day, securW 11 bursts at the railway station and 6 on some neighboring' buildinss, and three fires were started. We repeatedly drove off hostile-scouts, and the anti-aircraft-fire was considerable. One of our machines has not returned. LONDON, February 20. Ihe Admiralty report: Our naval aircraft last night dropped manv tons of explosives on St. Denis Westrem-, also on the Brazes docks. We drove down an attacking hostile scout. _ We dropped large quantities of explosives to-day on the Aeitryike aerodrome ami the Engil dump, with good results During patrol encounters we drove down a, seaplano in flames, brought down a scout in-our lines, and drove another down. \U our machines returned. Sir D. Haig reports : We repulsed German raiders southward of Armentieres Jhere is mutual artillery activity southwestward of Epehy and southward of -Vrmentieres.
