BALLOT ANOMALIES. Thomas H. Hotton, who was drawn j-to-day's ballot, enlisted when he was 3 years of age, but was rejected. On reaching the aeo of 20 ho again enlisted, passed as fit, and is going into camp in April, Employed at the Butterley Company'i ironworks as a heater, Edward Joseph Harpham was summoned at Maiisfield (Efig.) for not paving income tax, £45, for one quarter.
