LODGE MEETING
The Hope of Dunedin Lodge, 1.0. G.T., held their weekly meeting on Wednesday evening in their lodge room, the P.C.T. presiding. The attendance fully taxed tho seating accommodation. A large amount of business (which had accumulated owing to the last two meetings being of a social character) was considered, and several matters were referred to special committees. After recess tho programme arranged by the Harmony Committee was proceeded with, -and songs, recitations, and instrumental selections were given by about a dozen performers. Ice cream, followed by a service of fruit, was dispensed by the committee and assistants. This was followed by more vocal items. Votes of thanks were passed to all who had assisted, and tho last vocal item was . rendered by a sister—viz., ‘The End of a Perfect Day.’ The next meeting is to be in charge of the married members.
