LLOYD GEORGE SPEECH.

GERMAN DEDUCTIONS. # Router's Telegrams. AMSTERDAM, January 7. I The ' Vossische Zeitung' describes Mr Uoyd George's speech as the first tangible British peace otter,, but peace at the expense of Germany's allies. The return of the German colonies in exchange for strengthening the British position in Asia is not acceptable. ( The ' Kolnische Zeitung' says Mr Llovd George's tone has changed, 'but the old Imperialistic aims are wholly maintained. The ' i.okal Anzeiger' considers that the old desire to smash Germany for ever is still apparent. The answer will be given by submarines and by the German troops on the west front.
