The ‘Daily Chronicle’s’ parliamentary correspondent _ predicts that Lord Oew'e will be appointed Ambassador at Paris and Mr Arthur Henderson at Petrograd. The latter, however, is not likely to accept the appointment, owing to the Labor party being in a critical stage of evolution. NEW YORK, January 7. (Deceived January 8, at 10.30 a.m.) The ‘ New York Times's ’ London correspondent learns that Lord Reading will most probably accept the Ambassadorship to Washington. [Lord _ Reading, formerly Sir Rufus Isaacs, is Lord Chief Justice of England, and was a member of the British Mission to the United States.]
