JEWISH STATE IMPOSSIBLE.
LONDON, January 5. Talaat Pasha, Grand Vizier, interviewed At Berlin, stated that it was impossible to concede to the Jews in Palestine privileges that were not enjoyed by other citizens in Turkey, therefore an autonomous Jewish State of Palestine was impossible.
