FRENCH CABINET.
MORE SOCIALISTS WANTED. PAINLEVE MUST LEAD. PARIS, October 18. (Received October 19, at 8.35 a.m.) A fresh. Cabinet crisis occurred over the Malvy ; affair. The Government succeeded, however, by a majority of 67 votes, after an excited discussion-, in securing a postponement of the debate. It is considered certain that M. Painleve must reconstmct his Government, probably by including Socialists in the Cabinet.
