TRADING WITH ENEMY.
ANOTHER FRENGH TRAITOR MEMBER OF THE LEGISLATURE. PARIS, October 7. (Received October &, at 12.20 p.m.) . After hearing evidence, the presiding Magistrate ordered M. Turmel's arrest. The prosecutor showed that Turmel had given a contradictory explanation re a sum of £I,OOO in Swiss" bank notes found in his cupboard at the Chamber of Deputies. It is understood that ho will bo charged with trading with the enemy.
