, POPE VERY PERTINACIOUS. _ . ROME, October 5. Tho Vatican newspapers authoritatively state that the Pope has sent a new Note to the Entente. Governments, explaining that the Austro-Gerraan Governments have conferred with his nuncios in Vienna and Munich and have declared their readiness to evacuate Belgium and France, and make concessions to Italy. The Pope asks the Entente Governments if they are desirous that he should ascertain the conditions of evacuation.
