(ReceivecT June 29, at 10.55 a.m.) Vienjm advices state that in view of an expected Russian offensive large forces are being kept in readiness on the Russian front. , Tb® Austrian Prime Minister, speaking m the Austrian House, said that the Dual Monarchy, with its allies, was willing to negotiate an honorable peace, but would refuse peace on any other basis.
