OTAGO REFEREES’ ASSOCIATION
Ihe annual general meeting of the Keterees’ Association was held in Mr E. S. Wilsons room, Empire Buildings, yesterday. ih-e President (Mr A. Austin) referred to too poor attendance, hut said that' a good number of the members had volunteered and had been accepted for the front, which liiici depleted the ranks of membership very much. No doubt within .the next few months there would he further calls on the members, so that it behoves every old footballer to rally round and help to keep the associanon going- until things became normal again The election of officers resulted as° follows; President, Mr J. Himburg; vicepresident, Mr E. Clancy; secretary and treasurer, Mr J. T. Gwynne; executiveMessrs A. Hobson, P. Poster, A. Wallace, and It, Heron; hon. auditor, Air H. Chapman. r lb was_ resolved to place the following names of members on the list of honorary life members;— Messrs 11. H. S. .White, P. Poster, B. Watson, It. Adamson, A. Austin, A. Hobson, A. Matheson, and J. Mathsson. A vote of thanks to the Press and to the O.R.P.U. closed the meeting.
