ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS
John Saunders, employed by Barton and Trengrove, butchers, was riding a motor cycle with car attached in Princes street south this morning, when his machine swerved in front of a tramcar and collided with it. Saunders was thrown and knocked unconscious. He was removed bo the Hospital in the ambulance. When admitted he was semi-conscious, suffering from injuries to his head. A Christchurch, message states that a collision occurred this morning at llangiora between a goods train and a motor car containing Dr Burnett and a returned soldier (Mr E. Orchard).
