The following prices were realised during the week : Wheat.—Best fowl, 5s lOd per bushel. Oats. —A Gartons, nominally, 3s 6d per bushel; A Sparrows, 3s 7d per bushel. Chaff.—Prime oaten sheaf, £5 10s per ton. Potatoes, £6 per ton. Canterbury onions, £9 per ton. Bran, £4 per ton. Pollard, £6 10s per ton. Maize, 6s per bushel. Bacon, Is 2d per lb. Hams, Is per lb. Cheese.—Matured mediums, 10jd per lb: new season’s mild mediums, lOd per lb. Eggs.—Stamped, 2s 2d per dozen; cased, 2s Id per dozen; preserved, Is lid per dozen. Butter.—Creamery' bulk, Is 5d per lb; creamery pats, Is sjd per lb; dairy and separator pats, Is 3d per lb. Apples.—Dessert Cox’s Orange, 10s per case; cooking, l£d per lb. Plums.—Dessert, per lb. Peaches. —Choice dessert crates, 6d per lb; cases, firsts, 2d per lb. Grapes.—Local, up to QJrd per lb. Rarotonga bananas, up to 14s 3d per case. Island oranges, 15s per case. Lemons.—American, 32s 6d per case. Tomatoes. —Christchurch, 3d per lb; local, 5d per lb; Otago Central, 4d per lb. Cucumbers, 6s per dozen. Marrows, 6s 6d per sack. 4d per lb. xSjWalnuta, lid per lb.
