TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —There is a lot of your space taken up with the trouble caused by the waterside workers, who want increased wages and better conditions; but apparently they don't know when they arc well off, for we read that a Wanganui business man tackled this work, and for three days, including overtime, earned respectively £l, £1 14s, and £1 7s, which works out at the rata of £4OO per annum.
