Reuter’s Telegrams. LONDON, November 22. The horrors of the enslavement of the Belgians increase daily. Reuter learns that Germany has openly declared her intention to deport 550,000 parsons for humanitarian reasons. Some have' been already sent to Rumania. Tho plan seems to be to remove every able-bodied many rich or poor, from 18 years old upwards.
